Five star all the way! I dealt with Jade for my Mercedes E Class Coupe (sept 2021) The service from my initial call for a price to after the delivery was outstanding. It was handled with incredible communication, nothing was too much trouble and of course a superb price. Such a pleasure to talk to and since then both of my daughters have got new cars through Jade. However, my most lasting impression of both Brad and Vehicleflex as a company was formed when there was an issue due to a genuine human error. Brad and the company accepted responsibility immediately and dealt with the issue to my satisfaction. The integrity and honesty demonstrated by Brad on behalf of the company was excellent. Brad went out of his way to ensure I remained a highly satisfied customer. It is my belief that you learn more about a company when things go wrong and whilst other companies will run and hide, I believe that, based on my experience, Brad and Vehicleflex will always put the customer first. I had a specific requirement and Brad was able to locate my desired vehicle for immediate delivery, when others were unable, and at a reasonable price too. Really efficient, incredibly helpful over the phone, clearing up queries and questions. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, however that could have been my impatience and misunderstanding of timescale. I had a little concern about how long the payment took to come out of my account but on reviewing email correspondence it was all explained why. Overall, incredibly impressed.
